Dear Lord, it's Sunday! This is Your day and for that we thank you. We praise You or should, if we can get out of bed. This was a day intended for singing, if we would only open our mouths. This was a day to get to Your house and enjoy the dinner of Your Word as we fellowship together, one with the other. Let us indeed love the other so we can love the one. Let the praises from Heaven fill our spirits right now. May we seek the splendor of Your radiance and joy as we hear your word, sing your praises and worship you through prayer and psalm.
Come, Lord Jesus, bring Your Holy Spirit into our lives! We praise you for this special gift of the present. And let us not fret about Monday or Tuesday or even Wednesday, for today is enough. Thank You! In Jesus' name. Amen.
