To BE someone POSITIVE, DO something GOOD!

Good Wednesday dear friends!

Yesterday in Houston, Nellie and I had lunch with John C. Maxwell, the "Dean" of modern leadership, New York Times best selling author, and founder and president of Injoy Stewardship services. He presented us with his new book, "Winning with People," and one of his associates presented us with his new book "Stewardship of Life." You'll be hearing more about this later on.

Here is our study guide recommendation for today, but we'll begin with prayer.

Gracious loving God, show us today what it means to truly be yours. Help us to love others in ways that show Your love to us all. We pray we move beyond the restrictions of our comfort zones. Let us see what we perceive to be risks to be the wrapping of a wonderful gift that awaits us. Bless and protect us as we pray in Christ Jesus' name. Amen.

Wednesday: Here’s our action for today. Do something positive for someone without warning. And if you get caught, explain that your BE attitude is to BE happy and to BE positive about life because of I AM (God). If you can’t think of a setting where to do this, you haven’t really tried! Place a quarter or two in a pay phone. If someone in front of you at the grocery store has only an item or two, offer to pay for it. Giving is a great BE attitude adjuster!

A lot of what goes into a BE attitude is a DO posture. We can think positively all we want and find we're still seated on our couch or desk chair. BE-ing means DO-ing and that's what we're asked today, do something. The above is but a short list of what you know you could do that shows the positiveness in you!

Make it a great day!

Blessings!
